The mandatory gear fitting for gear rental will be on Wednesday Feb 11th from 4:30 to 6:00 PM

A parent must accompany the Scout and fill out paperwork directly with Action Ride Shop and pay for the rental directly that evening.  If you cannot make the scheduled group time, you must stop by between 11 AM and 5:30 PM either the next day on Thursday, Feb 12th, or the following day on Friday, Feb 13th.  The Troop will pick up all rented gear the Friday morning of departure, and will return the gear on Monday morning following event.
